You are asleep, your webshop is simply open. Your customer picks a period in the calendar, sees the total price straight away and pays online with iDEAL, credit card, PayPal and more, or pays at pickup. When you wake up, the booking is ready.

Per product, you set how many you have and how much time you need before and after a rental. The webshop only shows what is really available. What's gone can't be selected. So you enjoy your weekend without having to cancel on anyone on Monday.

After every booking, your customer receives an email with an invoice and the order appears in your partner environment. Do you ship your items? Then you create the shipping and return label from the order. No retyping.

About Be-Bookable
Be-Bookable grew out of Goede Buur Silent Disco. One of our founders started renting out silent disco sets in 2019, from the proverbial smallest room in the house. Ordering a silent disco online turned out to be a hassle everywhere.
So we built our own webshop where customers book and pay themselves, and the stock is always right. That webshop became Be-Bookable. Goede Buur still runs on it today, and it works so well that we now open the system up to other rental businesses too.

Getting started is free and your first 100 orders cost nothing. After that you pay €19.99 per month. There is no contract and you don't need a credit card to start. You can stop any month.
Yes. You don't need any technical knowledge. Signing up takes two minutes, then you set up your shop in four steps: set up your shop, create categories, add products and choose booking rules.
Every product has a stock. At checkout, the system checks again whether the product is available for that period, including the buffer time you set. If it's gone, the customer can't book it.
Directly online via Mollie, with iDEAL, credit card, PayPal and more, or with your own payment option such as cash at pickup or by invoice. You choose the name yourself. You can start without a payment integration and connect Mollie later.
Yes. You share the link to your shop, or you place it on your existing site with a small piece of code, whether it's built with WordPress, Wix, Shopify or something else. You decide which domains it may run on.
